Welcome to Swaprite! Please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, platform, and services. These Terms govern your access to and use of Swaprite (the “Platform”) and any services provided through it. By accessing or using Swaprite, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Swaprite website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies provided on the website. If you are accessing Swaprite on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Swaprite reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Provided
Swaprite provides a decentralized exchange (DEX) service that allows users to swap cryptocurrencies and digital assets based on the Solana blockchain. The Platform facilitates peer-to-peer transactions, allowing users to trade digital currencies without the need for a centralized intermediary.
The services provided through Swaprite include, but are not limited to:
Swapping of Solana-based digital assets (cryptocurrencies).
The use of the native $SWAP token and associated buy-back mechanisms.
Access to data, charts, and analytics regarding digital assets on the Solana blockchain.
3. Eligibility
To use Swaprite, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you are using Swaprite on behalf of an organization, you must have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Swaprite may refuse or terminate access to anyone who does not meet these eligibility criteria.
4. Account Creation and Wallet Integration
Swaprite does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to use the Platform. Instead, users interact with the Platform through supported Solana-based wallets, such as Phantom or Sollet.
By connecting your wallet to Swaprite, you represent and warrant that:
You own and control the wallet and its associated private keys.
You have the necessary permissions to engage in cryptocurrency transactions and swaps.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Swaprite will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the loss of your private keys or unauthorized access to your wallet.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Swaprite only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:
Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Engaging in any activity that could harm the Platform’s integrity, security, or functionality.
Attempting to exploit or reverse-engineer the Platform’s software or infrastructure.
You acknowledge that Swaprite is a decentralized platform and that we do not control the transactions you perform on the Platform. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, errors, or issues arising from transactions, including, but not limited to, errors in token swapping, network failures, or delays.
6. Fees and Costs
Swaprite may charge fees for performing cryptocurrency swaps, which will be displayed on the Platform prior to completing a transaction. These fees are used to support the operation of the Platform, including the buy-back of $SWAP tokens, maintenance, and further development.
By using Swaprite, you agree to pay any applicable fees associated with your transactions. You acknowledge that these fees may fluctuate and are subject to change at any time.
7. Token Buy-Back System
Swaprite has implemented a unique buy-back system involving the $SWAP token. A portion of the revenue generated from swaps on the Platform will be used to buy back $SWAP tokens from the market and reduce the circulating supply over time. This buy-back mechanism is designed to support the value of the $SWAP token and provide long-term benefits for holders.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the buy-back system and agree that it is subject to change at Swaprite’s discretion.
8. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies, including swaps and transfers on the Platform, involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically, and you may lose some or all of the value of the digital assets involved in your transactions. You should consider your own risk tolerance and seek professional advice if necessary before engaging in cryptocurrency trading.
By using Swaprite, you understand and accept the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading, including:
Price volatility.
Network congestion or delays.
The irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
Potential security vulnerabilities in decentralized systems.
Swaprite does not provide financial advice, and we make no guarantees regarding the value or future performance of any digital asset.
9. Security
Swaprite employs advanced security measures to protect the integrity of the Platform and ensure safe transactions. However, as a decentralized platform, Swaprite cannot guarantee the absolute security of user funds or the system. Users are encouraged to take additional steps to protect their assets, such as:
Using hardware wallets for added security.
Keeping private keys confidential.
Regularly reviewing transaction histories.
You acknowledge that Swaprite is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a security breach or the compromise of your wallet’s private keys.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Swaprite Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Swaprite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Swaprite.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Swaprite does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or unauthorized access.
Swaprite makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content, information, or third-party services provided through the Platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swaprite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or digital assets.
In no event shall Swaprite’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Swaprite for the use of its services in the three (3) months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swaprite, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
Your use of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your breach of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
14. Termination
Swaprite reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that harm the Platform or its users.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and any associated services.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [your jurisdiction].
